Benefits

Time Off
- Vacation — 5 days after six months, 10 days after one year, 15 days after five years.
- Sick and personal leave — up to 7 sick days and 3 personal days each year.
- Holidays — all the standard ones, plus up to 5 days off at the end of the year (schedule varies depending on the calendar).
