The Customer Service Representative (CSR) assumes primary responsibility for managing relationships with customers through
phone interaction. The CSR works with the Sales & Marketing Director and the rest of the Customer Service team to ensure all
customers are treated with the attention and respect they deserve.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers through phone interaction.
- Ensure all orders are entered in a timely fashion.
- Analyze A/R balance and brainstorm new ideas to collect past due balances.
- Communicate with Shipping to facilitate timely shipments to customers.
- Use problem solving skills to provide customers with viable solutions to any problems that may arise.
- Assist with A/R data entry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic demeanor.
