Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) assumes primary responsibility for managing relationships with customers through phone interaction. The CSR works with the Sales & Marketing Director and the rest of the Customer Service team to ensure all customers are treated with the attention and respect they deserve.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers through phone interaction.
  • Ensure all orders are entered in a timely fashion.
  • Analyze A/R balance and brainstorm new ideas to collect past due balances.
  • Communicate with Shipping to facilitate timely shipments to customers.
  • Use problem solving skills to provide customers with viable solutions to any problems that may arise.
  • Assist with A/R data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic demeanor.
