Our office is in Vine Street Studios, located at 1113 Vine Street, Houston, TX 77002.

The building is on the far northern end of downtown—just north of Interstate 10—between Main and San Jacinto streets. The building is a two-story converted warehouse. There are exterior signs for ArtScan and FotoFest.

From the north

  1. Go south on I-45 toward downtown.
  2. Take the exit for I-10 east toward Beaumont. (The exit is in the left lane.)
  3. Exit McKee/Hardy, which is the first exit after getting on I-10. (The exit is in the far right lane, so you'll need to change lanes all the way across the freeway.)
  4. Turn left at the first stop sign onto Hardy, which is a one-way street.
  5. Turn left at the stop sign onto the westbound I-10 access road.
  6. Stay on the access road; do not get on I-10 west.
  7. At the fork in the access road—the left side goes to San Jacinto, the right side to Main—bear right.
  8. Our building is on the right (there are exterior signs for ArtScan and FotoFest). If you reach the T-intersection at Main Street, you've gone too far.
  9. Park anywhere in the front or on the right side of our building. If both parking lots are full, metered parking is available under the I-10 bridge.

From the west

  1. Go east on I-10 toward downtown.
  2. Exit McKee/Hardy, which is the first exit after Smith Street.
  3. Turn left at the first stop sign onto Hardy, which is a one-way street.
  4. Turn left at the stop sign onto the westbound I-10 access road.
  5. Stay on the access road; do not get on I-10 west.
  6. At the fork in the access road—the left side goes to San Jacinto, the right side to Main—bear right.
  7. Our building is on the right (there are exterior signs for ArtScan and FotoFest). If you reach the T-intersection at Main Street, you've gone too far.

From the southwest

  1. Go north on Highway 59 toward downtown.
  2. Take the exit for I-10 west toward San Antonio. (The exit is past the George R. Brown Convention Center and Minute Maid Park.)
  3. Exit San Jacinto/Main, which is the first exit after getting on I-10.
  4. Merge into the middle or right lane.
  5. At the fork in the access road—the left side goes to San Jacinto, the right side to Main—bear right.
  6. Our building is on the right (there are exterior signs for ArtScan and FotoFest). If you reach the T-intersection at Main Street, you've gone too far.
