Production Intern

The Production Intern position is a part-time or seasonal position for individuals who want to learn about the book-publishing process while helping us meet our publication deadlines.

Duties:

  • Incorporating changes made by our editors.
  • Applying proper layout and design to publications.
  • Reviewing publications to ensure adherence to style guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing undergraduate studies.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Able to work in a team, both as a contributor and as a leader.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with desktop publishing and/or HTML or XML editing is preferred.
